Which models exactly? can you link to the specific cards for clarity.
Both Palit and PNY are over 30 years old, they both know what they are doing.
if both cards are based on the same chipset, and they are, the differences come down to aesthetics and or better features. a second fan for instance is a must IMHO. the proper ports, etc.

I suggest the cheapest unit that fits your needs.
