Question GTX 1650 SUPER / CM6870

Hey community, i have a question about my old pc. I have a ASUS CM6870 desktop pc with P8H77 M PRO Motherboard and I7 3770
I want to upgrade system with a new gpu to use 1-2 years more with decent gaming performance, i have decided to buy GTX 1650 SUPER+8GB ram for that. First question will it be a good idea ? Second question will 1650Super work with my old pc that i added specs of ?

ASUS CM6870 does not come with a retail boxed motherboard. Your motherboard may be similar to the retail boxed model, but does not use the retail boxed BIOS.

ASUS CM6870 specifications list it as having either a 350 or 300 watt power supply. That video card requires a power supply with:
System Power (W) 350 watts or greater
One PCIe 6-pin Supplementary Power Connector

I know I also bought 500 Watt power supply to keep it ready, I'm using latest bios of that retail boxed bios. Will it work with my computer?
