*You may jump to the TLDR if you want
Hello. I was looking for a new GPU and after a lot of thinking I decided to get Gigabyte GTX 1650 OC (4GB).
I have 16GB RAM and 650 Watt PSU, but my CPU is kind of weak (Core i5-4670). But I'm just looking to run games smoothly at 1080p and high settings (even medium settings on some games if I have too), and based on some videos I watched on youtube this GPU is good enough for me.
Plus the GPU prices in my country are very high. This one costs $420 which I guess a normal price compared to the others. The disadvantage is that it's old, and won't be useful for the long term, but right now that's all I need and I rather this than spend money on an expensive GPU, new CPU etc (not to mention that the prices here usually don't worth the products). Do you think I'm doing the right thing?

TLDR:
But anyway my main question - this Gigabyte GTX 1650 OC (4GB) has a single fan. Is it fine or can it cause problems with the temperature or anything?
Take in account that I'm going to play heavy games too like AC Odyssey on high settings so I guess I'm going to use it to the fullest or near it.

specs:
-MB: Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H
-16GB RAM
-PSU 650 Watt
-CPU Intel Core i5-4670
*Desire: To be able to run modern games smoothly at 1080p

60fps is perfect for me, I don't need more than that. 30fps is the minimum but the more the better.
Based on videos I watched on youtube this card is fine for that (though I used some calculator and found out there's going to be a 8% bottleneck but it's not a big deal I guess). But it has a single fan (not two ot three like others). Is it ok?

Not to worry.

Your GTX1650 runs on pcie slot power which is a max of 75w.
It needs only minimal cooling.

Any cooler, cpu or gpu needs a source of fresh air.
Fractal cases are quite good, just see that you have some front air intake capability.
