1-Gtx 1660 6gb (non-ti) for about 282$ in my country (New)
2-GTX 980 4gb For about 164$ (Used)
is this huge price diff. worth ?

my cpu = i7 3770
12gb ram 1600

Get the GTX 980, since there is a huge price difference between these 2 Models. Also, there isn't a very HUGE performance difference as well.
