Question GTX 4060 ti performance issues?

I've seen some questions about it, but haven't really gotten a straight answer. I just upgraded to the 4060 from a AMD 6950XT. Some games like Starfield perform a little better than the AMD card, but other games that performed flawlessly and frankly shouldn't have ANY issues with, have gone down significantly in FPS, like Euro Truck Sim 2, which I can't get over 30fps. I've been looking at monitors, but I'm not sure this should cause any big issues. I have an AMD freesync premium monitor, but not sure how well that works with a Nvidia card. Do I need to screw with the nvidia control panel settings to increase FPS? All drivers are updated FYI.

I just upgraded to the 4060 from a AMD 6950XT.
Did you use DDU to remove all GPU drivers from your platform(Intel, Nvidia and AMD), prior to swapping over tot eh RTX4060? If not, do so, then manually reinstall with the latest GPU drivers from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
