GTX 460 Overclocking

I downloaded MSI AfterBurn and it was originally set for 719, I moved it to 780, then 800 but when ever I start the loop thing it slowly goes over 70C. I put the fan speed at 60%. Is 70C bad? Should I check how much it rises to the limit? Thank You.
