GTX 470 Equivalent?

What would be a fitting replacement for a GTX 470? I'm looking for a card that can pretty much handle what a GTX 470 can. No SLI or Crossfire alternatives please,though ATI cards are okay.

Whats so bad about a gtx 470? Why not just get another?
Well, the closest thing is a radeon 5850, but it's a little less powerful, and costs about as much.

Id get the GTX 460. Not that much slower than a 470, overclocks way higher, and uses a lot less power and runs at a lot lower temps. Quite a bit cheaper too:
