Question GTX 560 ti, Randomly Shuts OFF

I have updated all drivers and i checked the connection of the PSU to the GPU, everything is okay and my PSU is brand new got it yesterday 500 watts. Whenever i play a game, a few min in the game while playing the screen goes black, this happens to all of my games.

Motherboard: ASUS H81M-A \ Socket: LGA 1150
RAM: 12 GB DDR 3
Storage: 1TB SSD Samsung & 1TB Western HDD
PSU: EVGA 500 WATTS
Graphics: GTX 560 ti
CPU: intel Pentium (Stock Fan)

No.
Before i installed the 560 ti , i was using my pc straight from the board HDMI and i didnt have any problems. I even tried to run games without a graphic card, the games ran without a problem beside low fps.

Could you please update your initial post with the ram brand and model and speed. The brand and model of the PSU. What is your CPU exactly?

That is an odd RAM amount. You're mixing RAM?

As for your issue. Try the GPU in another system. If you see the same issue it's your GPU. What is your 560ti?
