I am thinking of getting a gtx 590 (if I can find one haha) or a GTX 570 in SLI. The thing is, I saw that the price for two 570 is around $730 and the price of one 590 is about $750. Which one would be a better option?

Also, I want to use 3 monitor so would the 590 allow me to do that since I heard most Nvidia card need atleast SLI to do 3.

Would a 800watt PSU be enough?

And last. Would a i5 2500k overclocked to 4.6Ghz bottleneck the 590?

Solution
It all depends on your finances really.
The 590 is a great card but at the same time its basically 2 570s in one card. so either way its up to you. One card will give you less trouble, heat and noise.
With the 590 you can always get another later if you wish to SLI it.
A 800Watt quality psu would be enough for a 590 or 570 SLI.
Your 2500K oc will not bottleneck either set up and would run great.
You would get great results with either set up.
