gtx 650 does not show up in device manager

The card is seated properly and everything for the card is plugged in. I can't install the drivers because the computer can't detect any Nvidia hardware and when I check device manager, it doesn't show up. My computer is a stock Lenovo Ideacentre k410. The only thing I've seen to fix this is update the BIOS which cannot be updated for this computer because there hasn't been any released. (That I could find)

Try downloading the latest drivers from here:http://www.geforce.com/drivers

I can't download the drivers because the computer says that it can't find any nvidia hardware. Otherwise I would've done that.
