I have a GTX 650 ti and only one driver works 337.50. Whenever I install another driver it installs then asks me to restart. After I restart the screen looks really low quality and there are black bars on all 4 sides. When I go to GeForce experience it thinks I don't have any drivers installed and wants me to install it again.

Solution
It seems you have encountered one of the drawbacks of buying on eBay.
Whatever nVidia says on their web site, if you can actually email a person there, you may get a more useful response. At this point I'm not optimistic, but it isn't going to hurt anything.
Sounds like it would be a good idea to first un-install all Nvidia product drivers.
Then download and Install the Most recent direct download driver. Once completed, then re-install GeForce experience software if not included with current driver.

I don't know what company made it. It doesn't say anywhere. When I try to contact NVidia it says on their website that you have to contact the manufacturer which I don't know.

There is no logo on the card and I cant contact the seller on eBay..

On the back there is a sticker that says GeForceGTX650TIGraphic 2GB DDR3 364bit HDMI DVI PCIE hzk9620141101

Is there any way to figure out what card it actually is.

He doesn't reply to my messages so I think his account might be terminated. GPU-Z says that the subvendor is NVidia.

The specs on a given vendor's card may be different; what you see at techpowerup is the reference design.
Is there any vendor information in GPU-Z?

You might report him to eBay for lack of responsiveness, especially since the product has issues. They may be able to help you get your money back.

In GPU-Z the only thing it says about any company/manufacturer is Subvendor: NVidia(10DE)
