GTX 650 ti drivers not working

I have a GTX 650 ti and only one driver works 337.50. Whenever I install another driver it installs then asks me to restart. After I restart the screen looks really low quality and there are black bars on all 4 sides. When I go to GeForce experience it thinks I don't have any drivers installed and wants me to install it again.

sorry for the late reply all support told me was to reinstall my operating system. I'm pretty sure that's not the reason and I don't want to have to delete everything on my pc. the main reason why I want new drivers is because the only driver that works is DX9 so I cant play most game cause I don't meet the minimum requirements that's why I want newer drivers.
