I recently bought an Inno3d GTX 660 (Reference Card) and it doesn't give me normal clocks that I should get on the said specs on nvidia.com because instead of having 980mhz base clock I have 1059mhz base clock and a boost clocked at 1124mhz and memory of 1553mhz. It runs at 38c-42c idle and 78c-82c at full load with an ambient temp of 30c-34c.

Here's the picture of my GPU and screenshot of GPU-Z

PS : I'm a little worried since this is a reference card and as far as I know about reference cards is that they stay on normal clocks and not like the one I have right now.

Solution
I think the 2nd owner or you just bought already overclocked the GPU itself that's good so that you don't need to overclock the card itself. your pretty much put it and game on.

But you can do still change the stock clock by i think flashing the card and i don't think you wanna do that it's hard.
