Ok so after some research and asking my friends some things Im trying to decide between a gigabyte overclocked gtx 670 4GB or a gtx 680 2gb stock
I'm planning on adding another down the line
The max I'm willing to pay is 550 AUD
ALL parts going to be bought from : www.pccasegear.com

Also open to AMD Solutions
I'm planning on playing FPS and the newer games like watch dogs
AC IV
Dead island : riptide
Etc etc

Solution
The 680 is about 5% faster than a 670, but costs 20% more. It's not worth it.

If you're playing on a 1080p screen, don't waste your money on a 4GB card either - the extra VRAM adds nothing.

A single 2GB 670 will max out those games with ease.
