So I recently got a Gigabyte GTX 670OC 2gb card for cheap and am waiting on a proper psu to power it. It has a 6 pin and an 8 pin that both need power. I currently have a 6 pin and 2x 4 pin. Would this be able to sufficiently power the gpu for the time being? I only need to be able to use low load draw on it and no serious gaming. I've seen how a 4 pin connector can be plugged into half of an 8 pin, and so would just one 4 pin work if so or would I have to plug in both or is that a bad idea?

Thanks in advance!

2x4 pin is CPU power connection, GPU connections are 6, 6+2 and 8 pins.

Right... I've seen this picture though and was wondering if I could get away with a 6 pin and a 4 pin in this configuration just for a tiny bit....
