If you're not into editing, it's not worth it dropping the extra for an i7, for gaming both will have the same performance.
A motherboard within 150$ offers all you need, including sli/crossfire support with two pcie 3.0 slots.
Only if you're planning to do a three way or four way setup of 670 gtx, that board is valid, if not it's just a waste.

i am into editing and i seriously dont know what board to pick, i have been thinking about the sabertooth z77 but im not sure could you help me decide please?

I wouldn't purchase a sabertooth board. If you want a bored that has been stress tested for stability of operation then yes I would recommend a sabertooth board. The only difference really between the cheaper boards and the more expensive boards is typically ports of expansion and overclocking with things like the ROG boards, your UP7/Sniper boards with gigabyte. Get the more expensive boards if you want ports, or overclocking really but otherwise save money IMHO.

ASROCK EXTREME4: This should suffice for all your needs within the 1155 platform.

I also agree that a i5 3570k will fit the bill however if you are willing to shell out the extra cash for a i7 because you do some rendering then I can see it being worth your time otherwise you'd be fine with the i5.

In my opinion it's not worth it, three way sli, two way sli has the best scaling/value.
Also there's a possibility of nvidia releasing new gpus this year.
For a 3-way sli you need a psu with at least 850w.
The gigabyte z77 sniper 3 is the best value of those mobos for 3-way...

Agreed beyond 2 GPU's whether in SLi or CF will typically hurt a game more then it will help a game. Unless you are a overclocker or someone who wants to show off his expensive 300 dollar motherboard I wouldn't get the up7. If anything since you may be into editing a thunderbolt port may be useful for you in the future you never know so maybe quite possibly you could look into the UP4 or UP5 depending on your fancy.

I agree, the only reason why I wanted the sabertooth was because of the fans I'm gonna get watercooling system and there might not be enough airflow for the motherboard and I'm afraid it might overheat do you guys think that It will overheat?

No its okay I would get with the 670 the power edition cards. Because that is the best cooler they offer at that level with the 680 things change a little with the lightning card.

I might aswell just get the high profile ones since I'd be getting http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-157-XS. Does the high profile ones offers more cooling?

With that kit either the one with tall heatsink or the lp will do.
The cooling is about the same, you'll not see gains with the tall ones.
