Hello, I have performance issues in games lately (Battlefield 4 in particular) it runs about 50-60 fps on average on ultra while about 3 months ago it was at least 80 in most cases, I haven
t made any hardware changes since, Ive tried several drivers and its still there, in graphically less intense games like Overwatch the fps isnt an issue but it likes to stutter at times (even when textures arent maxed.) If anyone could help me figure the problem out that would be helpful.

System specs:
GTX 690
i5-4690k @ 4.2GHz
8GB RAM
Samsung Evo SSD 250gb
PSU Seasonic 650W Gold

Solution
have you tried running the CPU at stock? it may be an unstable OC.

Also, prob a good idea to check the temps on the GPU. There are various software that will report that info back. If the temps are high, which they can be with a GTX690, it could be having an effect. Always a good idea too, to do some housecleaning, so maybe get some compressed air and give the GTX a good clean, and see if that helps.

Your PSU is a good one, so that shouldn't be the problem.
