Gtx 750 ti 2GB or 1GB ? Bang for the buck

Since the gtx 750ti isnt a very powerful card, should I get the 1GB? save more money , plus i dont think the card is even powerful enough to take advantage of 2GB.

For a 1080p monitor or TV, get the 2gb model

I think you should go with the 2GB card,cause it has more cudacores. 640 CUDA Cores for the 2gb card and 512 for the 1gb card and its already OC,well you can Overclock a 1gb card manually but that would involve some time and process.
