I don't tend to recommend MSI and ASRock, I've seen a lot of their motherboards fail... starting from back to the P67 days, I got burnt pretty bad by an FM2 ASRock board which cost me money to fix, so yeah, not good...

all depends on socket really and every company has a bad board or 2 in their locker, this board is fine for what the OP needs and it's at an affordable price.
anyway if he wants a slightly better board this one would be good:
