GTX 750 Ti on a 320 watts PSU? Please Help

Hey guys , I currently have a HP Compaq 8000 Elite Tower PC, with Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00 GHz , 4 GB DDR3 1600 MHz RAM , 500 GB HDD and my GPU is AMD Radeon HD 7750 1 GB GDDR3 128 bit and 320 watts PSU , So I want to ask that can I replace my Graphic Card with a Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti 2 GB OC edition 128 bit GDDR5? will it work on my 320 watts PSU? And can a 750 Ti do 720p gaming at med-high settings for 2016 games?

The answer is yes it will work.
Unfortunately the premise is wrong, a 750ti is going to give very little, if any, performance gains over an HD 7750.

I agree. Better to just save the money towards a new modern PC instead of spending it on a GPU that won't be of much benefit when paired with that very old dual core CPU.

Depending on budget I'd actually recommend looking at the 1050 Ti instead (300w PSU requirement, power over PCIe). Similar price level ($139 on newegg) and around double the performance of the 750 Ti.
