my pc cant run cs go on even the lowest settings, ive tried pretty much everything, sometimes it can get up to 120-130 fps on the lowest settings, but most of the time it just stays at 50 and when some shooting goes on in cs go it drops to 20-30 fps its UNPLAYABLE, does anyone know how i can fix this.

Ive seen some review about gtx 750 ti and it can run cs go on max with no worries, it even ran gta5 with a stable 90 fps. (seen this on youtube)

My specs :
CPU : AMD ATHLON x4 860K (3.7 Ghz)
GPU : GTX 750 TI
RAM : 8GB

Solution
50 fps sounds reasonable with your specs and I have
Intel I5 6600k
Nvidia 1060

and im getting about 150fps on average in most maps on lowest settings

I agree. I used to have an i7 920 with a NVIDIA GTX 970 and I would get an average of 70 fps in CS GO, but during fights it would also drop to about 30 fps and it would stutter like hell. CS GO has become more demanding over the years, so if you're watching reviews from 5 years ago that report really high fps with older systems, this probably isn't relevant to today's game. Your cpu could also be a bottleneck. For example, I have since upgraded my cpu to a 8700K and even though I'm using the same gpu, I now have around 250 fps on average. You should probably start thinking about...
how do i check my cpu usage when im ingame

With the video showing you how to view stats on screen in game, make sure to check only the cpu entry (without a number) to view the total cpu usage. This is what you want to establish how your cpu is fairing.

Can i ask what your memory is made of (as in how many sticks) and at what speed? Can ya also give some more info on your motherboard and OS please.

Yeah try MSI AB, see video and see how you go. It's quite easy once you get used to it.

If your cpu is reaching 100% usage, it's kinda struggling. Another stick of ram in dual channel could help the cpu perform better but not sure how much more. Mixing ram can be a crap shoot too so keep that in mind also, even if buying another stick of same brand/specs, there's a chance they wont work together.

when i had my gtx 750 ti i was able to get stable 80 fps with pretty much balls to the walls settings, on some maps it sometimes managed to get to 120 on close to ultra settings.
go into device manager and check that your video dispay adapter is your gpu and doest just say "microsoft basic video adapter" or something like that, also get rid of your overclocks sometimes oveclocks hurt performance in csgo a lot this happened with my gtx 750 ti.
also monitor your cpu temps on the amd site the max temps are 72C which is very low for a max temp, so your cpu throttling could be the issue, back when i had the gtx 750 ti i had a i3 2120 which slightly worse then your cpu so its not just your cpu being bad.

when playing cs go the cpu usage is at about 60%-70% ocasionally it goes up to 90%

i checked it and it is my 750 ti , im getting so frustrated

windows 7 and it shows 4 cpu usage

I've noticed you're not quoting quotes properly, either from a different person meant for another or repeating. The OS question you answered already but not the question about using Msi Afterburner.

Regarding 4 cpu usage, that doesn't represent total cpu usage. There is an entry called just cpu (no number) that'll show combined usage.

yeah the cpu summary usage right?

oh im sorry i forgot that i answered your questions already hehe 😀

so the problem is with my mobo?
No, CPU. CPU is too slow to play that game at decent settings (CS:GO is very CPU-dependent).
What I was also saying was that can't just swap out your CPU for a faster one, as your motherboard doesn't support a CPU that is much/any faster than what you have. So for a noticeable performance improvement, you would need to upgrade your motherboard AND CPU.

Yeah, can be difficult i suppose when there's a bunch of peeps helping.

Yeah, where there's fields to show which cpu cores to display, the very bottom one called only cpu shows total usage across all cores. The other cpu selections, ie, cpu 1, 2, 3 & 4 monitors individual cores.

Other's have said your cpu isn't coping. I do agree on that but wanted you to see it first. If it is determined that the cpu isn't coping and if want to overhaul, shoot us a budget and we'll see what we can come up with for a new system.
