[SOLVED] GTX 750 Ti (Random files being created, virus?)

I've provided a screenshot below, please let me know if i should be worried
I ran ddu before installing my new card drivers and a few weeks later i noticed these random ".log" files (i didn't have them last time i used a nvidia card)

i also booted my pc in safe mode and removed them log files and they came back. I also ran malwarebytes and it didn't find anything.

Thank you, i was asking because i constantly go through my files and i would know if anything new is there.. i also haven't ran any programs or visited dodgy websites.. thank you for the confirmation.
