Im looking to get a new GPU, but moneys pretty tight. Ive heard alot of good things about this card. Is it as good as people say? And would I be able to run newerish games decently? I dont care about having everything on max or AA or anything like that. I just want to know if I could play games like Dark Souls 2, Watchdogs, Titanfall, Tomb Raider, etc. with this card and get a decent experiance out of it. I would be fine lowering the settings to medium or even low, just wanted to know how this card stacks up because everything I can find praises the hell out of it.

For example, this review (http://www.anandtech.com/show/7764/the-nvidia-geforce-gtx-750-ti-and-gtx-750-review-maxwell) says alot of good things about the GTX 750 TI.

While I would *ideally* recommend a GTX 760 for current and future titles...the 750ti is a great value card. If thats the top of your price range, I wouldnt hesitate buying it. It will definitely provide you a good experience in most titles, especially since youre open to lowering settings for smoother frames. Good luck friend.

PS: Do you need the card immediately? It may be better to wait a bit longer, and save for a 760 or 860 (when they hit).

I dont need it immediately, but I would like to upgrade by the 25th, because thats when Dark Souls 2 gets released for PC. I was originally going to go with a 760, but im not going to be able to afford one by then, so im looking for other options that are decent as well

Have you considered the r9 270? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202090
It provides better performance over the 750ti...though at a slightly higher cost and greater power draw. OC it, and youll be up towards r9 270x levels AND you can crossfire them IIRC.
