GTX 750TI For Optiplex 760 Small form factor

I got a very old pc from my grandfather and i want to upgrade it
http://www.dell.com/downloads/emea/products/optix/Optiplex_brochure_760_isen.pdf It is this one (the small form factor) i want to upgrade it with the GTX 750TI low profile Will this fit And Will this improve my FPS (in minecraft) because my processor is an Intel duo core 2 processor
I'm also to going the PSU to 550 watt and the ram to 4GB
So Will this fit and Will this improve?

If you have the small form factor model of that PC, there is no 500W PSU that will fit and be usable in the chassis. You are basically stuck with the 235W OEM PSU.
But more importantly, I do not believe that sff model even has a PCIe x16 slot to mount a gfx card in.

He has a http://ark.intel.com/products/36526/Intel-82Q43-Graphics-and-Memory-Controller-Hub that has a PCIe Gen 1x16 in there, so you could get by. 750TI would be nice I just don't know how your system will handle the power. They do have SFF PSU's you can throw in there, but they're expensive to the point where it's almost not worth it.
