GTX 750Ti Power Supply

Hy, i want to upgrade my GPU(from HD 7770 to GTX 750Ti Golden Sample) but i dont know will my PSU handle GTX 750Ti Golden Sample.Power consuption of HD 7770 is 80 Watts i think and Power cons. of GTX 750Ti is 60 Watts, but im not buying this GTX 750Ti ,,Golden Sample".So will mine PSU handle GTX 750Ti ,,Golden Sample"
CPU i3-2120 3.30 GHz
RAM 2x4GB 1333MHz
Cooler Master K380 MID TOWER
PSU ATX SilverStone SST-ST40F-ES v 1.2 400W 1xPCIeX

Your PSU will work fine for that card, just don't SLI or OC and I see no issues.

Can't SLI a GTX 750 Ti. Can't OC the i3 either. Even if you did OC a GTX 750 Ti it wouldn't amount to anything. The card only has a 38.5W power consumption target (I've fiddled around the BIOS of one). Basically, your power supply is more than fine.
