[SOLVED] gtx 750ti strix will work on a psu with 350 w?

i want to buy a 750 ti but i don t want to buy onother psu. The thing is i have a 9400 that haves a 95w tdp (sorry for my bad english)

It can if the 350W is quality. BeQuiet! have some quality 350W units but, typically "350W" units aren't too great, with a true 12v output in the high 200's (23-24A).

Some units are "peak" 350W, and can only reliably sustain around 200-250W

All depends on the unit in question, and it's age.
