Question Gtx 760 4gb no display.

Hello since yesterday my gpu is not working .It didn't give signal to display and its fan are rotating at its max speed whenever i turn on my pc. my pc give signals when i connect hdmi from my Motherboard hdmi with gpu install snd it works fine but my gou is not detected in device manager .is there any way to fix it ?

Include the age of the PSU as well. By connecting the HDMI output from your motherboard, did you remove the discrete GPU from the system when doing so(while the system was powered down and disconnected from the wall)?
