I just installed and reinstalled, and reinstalled, and reinstalled, and reinstalled my new GTX 760 a billion times and the only thing that happens is I get a black screen when I boot up. I've disabled my onboard graphics already and I still get a black screen. I'm about to kill this thing with fire. Help.

try the card in a different machine. this will tell you weather or not the GPU is dead on arrival (DOA) which happens. It has happened to me in the past.

If you have a friend that will let you test it in there machine try it. IF it works then it is your machine that is the issue if it does not work then it is the card that is dead.

If the screen is black in bios, then it isn't driver problem. How old is your PSU? I see you have fx-8350, have you overclocked it meybe?
You can try this solutions:
-reset bios
-update bios
-test graphic card in other pc
-test your pc with other power supply unit

no because the bios has nothing on how the card functions. since you had a card previously installed there would be no issue there.

you can always try and update the bios but it could cause more issues. In my case if i update my bios, my overclock becomes unstable. They only recommend a bios update if there is an issue and only if there is an issue.
