GTX 760 SLI low clock speed on second card

I've just completed my rig, which is this one, with the CPU overclocked slightly, to 4.2GHz, and tried a benchmark, just to make sure that everything was working well. The benchmark that I ran was Uningine Valley, with DirectX 11, ultra quality, on a Wall 2x1 monitor setting, with AA x8, at 1080p.
First thing I noticed is that I was getting around 15 FPS. Second thing is that... my first card was running at 1380 MHz, 3080 MHz memory clock, 80°C, which is normal, but the second card was running at only 400 MHz, 300 MHz memory clock, 28°C.
All my drivers are the most recent ones.
Anything I can do to fix that ?

Did you check to see if your graphics cards are in the right slots for SLI? The manual should say.

sounds like what happens if you disable sli. SLi bridge installed? sli enabled in driver? current drivers installed? Maybe try an actual game rather than unigine

It can support upto a 3 way SLI but it might not be able to handle certain clock speeds
But that's off the charts
Did you check your software? like the comment above says

The second card wouldn't be showing on screen if it wasn't installed. SLI is enabled, I did connect them with the bridge, I've got the latest drivers.
I get the same problem in games.

Actually, never mind. SLI was disabled. It works now. But I've got another question now.
Looks like SLI is getting disabled each time I reboot my PC, any way to keep it enabled ?

Did you enable it in the BIOS?

Sorry, I meant to ask how you enabled it?

No. I enabled it with the Nvidia Control Panel.

sounds like a problem with the nvidia driver/windows registry. try use driversweeper in safe mode to remove all traces of nvidia driver files and registry entries. reboot. reinstall latest driver. reboot. should be ok.
