The problem happend when i was in the army, i let my little brother use my PC. Im not really sure what happend because i wasnt there but i'll try to explain what happend with what he told me.
He was playing CS:GO, loading into a competitive game, about 2 minutes done of warm-up then suddenly screen freezes, goes black and creates some sort of pink/purple circle in middle of the screen with lines coming out of it every direction. He freaked out and restarted PC, tried loading into the game and same thing happend after that he never touched my PC again.
Now in device manager GTX 760's status is:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
I was on Win 7, now on Win 8.1 (Reinstalled windows to make sure whatever virus is gone if i had one)
Still same issue. Ive tried different drivers, some say in google that keep trying different driver versions, ive tried 341.44, 358.00, 362.00 and 372.54. Still no positive result. I also updated my mb bios, though the problem would be there, still no help. I used DDU to completly wipe GPUs driver and reinstall it, no effect. I tried updating windows up-to-date. No help. Im out of thoughts and starting to think the scariest thought: gpus dead, therefor i dont have the damn money for it to rebuy it.
Also when i try to change my screen resolution the name of the Display changes between 2 names. When i uninstall gpu driver its Generic Non-PnP Monitor and when i have my gpu driver installed its S22A350H.
Im using VGA to PCI converter, if thats any useful info (Tho i bought this PC about 4ish years ago)
Hoping for a solution here, any helpful though would be greatly appreaciated. Dying to play a few games, dont have much time till i have to go back.

Tried dissassembling gtx 760 yesterday, couldnt figure out how exactly so i just ended up cleaning dust from it. Tried searching for guides and such but no luck.

Okay so i switched to intergrated graphics, windows started to load in, got to desktop, then some windows 8 error occured which forced to restart, the error had VIDEO in it. 2nd time loading into windows, everythings slow, like the loading circle next to mouse, you can see it move perfectly while my mouse movement is stuttering, reacts every 2-3 seconds. Did a restart. 3rd time loading in, got to desktop and windows 8 got some sort of error again, this time i tried writing it up:
WD_VIOLATION and something with judcam.sys. 4th time loading in, sofar seems to be working, can finally be in 1920x1080 resolution. Checking device manager theres no yellow triangle next to gtx 760 and looking more into it it says this device is working properly:

Also in dxdiag under display, that is one weird name for DAC Type:

EDIT: I can see Geforce Experience icon now in taskbar bottom right, before when i was using gtx 760 it wasnt there, had to open it through search and only could be in drivers tab. Can now switch between tabs, In "My Rig" tab it says my gpus gtx 760 (Detects my gpu?). Cant open up nvidia control panel, getting an error "You are not currently using a dispaly attached to an NVIDIA GPU", obv.

Maybe theres a slight chance thats its not a hardware problem? Since windows detects no problems right now on the gpu?

EDIT: I feel like the stuttering with integrated is random, sometimes i get it, sometimes i dont. I just keep restarting till i dont get it anymore.
Also switched back to gtx 760, still same error 43. :/

I kept doing win 8.1 updates, likes tons of it, 5gb+- overall of it. TOday i was thinking of "cooking" my GPU cuz i though its dead, just when i was about to do it, i decided to try once more my GPU out that maybe the windows updates fixed it? It did. Doesnt make much sense, i was running on win 7 for 3 years, then this gpu problem appears, switch to 8.1 in hopes of removing the virus or whatever i had and windows update fixes it. Im glad it turned out like this but it sure was unexpected after trying to fix it various ways.

So, i did a game of league of legends, ran fine, no problems, everything maxed out. THen csgo, and playing csgo for a 2-3 mins, pc froze, i had to force a restart and i could see blueish lines all over the screen, like a big blue net. I guess League isnt that gpu heavy as csgo is. Seems like my GPU is dead, gonna try cooking it today. God damnit. Tho most of the dead gpus wont even load up your screen on restart, mine does but the max reso is 1600x1200. So im sort of confused. But will try baking my gpu today, last hope.
