Question GTX 770 is using PCIe x8 instead of x16

Hi guys, i was buying used graphics cards and working but the problem is x8 instead of x16. With some BIOS settings doesn't even help.

Gigabyte WindForce GTX 770 2GB (1.5GB) OC
Asus B85M-G (latest BIOS) with Xeon E3-1270 v3
8GB (2x4GB) Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3L
Two noname 400w and 450w
120GB (off-brand) KingSpec SATA SSD
psus connected with synchronizer

This might be your problem, source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built PSU with at least 600W of power at the entire platform's disposal and see if that helps.

After sourcing a reliably built unit, try and clear the CMOS and see if that helps.
