Gtx 770 issues with windows 7

So today i got a used gtx 770 from a reliable seller on ebay, supposedly still has 6months + warranty so fair enough. But i having so many f*****g problems with in,. This is my first nvidia card as i had a 280x originally which died. First, when i disable intel graphics in the bios i get beeps on restart, i never had this issue with the 280x. I have no clue why this happens but if i want my system to post i have to have intel graphics enabled even though im using my 770. I have downloaded and installed the latest nvidia drivers, i restart and get to the windows starting screen the a black screen? I have to manually turn of my power supply to shut down and restart and after 5 or 6 attempts i get into windows. Now once its up and going all is well but if i restart my pc as soon as it reboots nothing but a black screen, even at bios screen, no image at all but i can hear sound. I have tried disabling intel gpu in device manager, have re installed drivers a few times, have cleared bios and loaded defaults everything but always this issue. Any idea what my problem is? Its really annoying me that the bios wont let me disable intel graphics even though it did on my 280x. I have gpu set as main display everything correct and turn of intel and i get 1 long beep and 2 or 3 short beeps. I can put up with keeping intel gpu enabled and disable it in device manage i guess but why do i keep getting a black screen after windows logo?

did you uninstall the amd drivers? I'd put the amd card back in, uninstall the drivers, shut down the machine, install the nvidia card, then install the nvidia drivers.

Look up what the beep code means for your motherboard, it's not just beeping for no reason it's trying to tell you what's wrong.

Quick google search came up with a video card error. The card is either faulty, not enough juice from PSU, not connected properly etc. The problem seems to be the 770.

hm ok, i dont have my 280x anymore as it died, i have a evga 600b bronze psu is it enough to run 770 (not overclocked) and a i7 4771? I get to the windows logo then black screen, i have wiped all previous drivers to no avail, i have just done a fresh install of windows 7 and installed the drivers again restarted and black screen again after windows logo 🙁
