I've attempted to figure this issue out, but have failed over the last few months, and am clueless as to what might be causing it. I've ran MSI afteburner and the noise starts at roughly 80% Fan speed. This has occured numerous times when playing high intensity games at a regular basis, and occurs very occasionally on Source games, forcing me to lower the Max FPS to make it stop.
This is a very annoying issue, because I have no clue if it damages my computer, or just a sound neusence. I would appreciate any assistance.
