I would 4 sure go with NVIDIA (there is an answer) ATI doesn't have a software drivers that can do what NVIDIA can ... why picture has more delay after U move a controller (mouse, keys, wheel etc.)
There is an option in NVIDIA control panel :
MANAGE 3D settings / PROGRAM tab (don't change Global tab ...)
look 4 game (or add executable if it isn't found automatic)
option is
MAX. PRE-RENDERED FRAMES (application defualt ----->>>> change to 1)
😀
(still u need DDR3 higher than 1333mhz for new games)
this will render every frame as you move your controler (ATI draws 3 frames in front thats delay (NVIDIA also by default)
but ATI can't change this for 2,5 years now (even before we needed to install only driver for ATI (without catalyst & then ATT (ati tray tools) which are no longer supported by unofficial programer Ray Adams, who retired after many years .
SO I love RACING simulations & I always rather down the max detail & use fast response otherwise there is not real enough feeling of GAME.
Sure the same is with other games (U need to feel them more in present time)
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2014 & stay well (healthy don't sit too long) XD
P.S: got my DDR3 MUSKIN REDLINE 1600 7-7-7-18 1.65v to 1400mhz 6-6-6-15 2T 1.56v (LOL almost no diference but less lag and voltage to i platform (prolonges CPU) still such DDR is very rare (next i'm buyin 2x4gb CRUCIAL Tactical LP 1.50v 1600mhz 8-8-8-24) 8gb work faster & windows get to cache more into DDR not swap file
😉
still for new heavy games still need 1600mhz like Crysis 3 & BF 4 but WOT works swell & HARD RESET is abnormaly fast
