GTX 770 - Reducing power consumption

Hi, thanks for reading!

I actually have one Geforce 1060, two Geforce 960 and some other graphics cards.

I want to buy, right now, a GTX 770, not exactly for the card performance, but it's for my collection.

I need to know, before, if I can downclock the card using MSI Afterburner, cause I think the power consumption, for this card, is very high.

I'll buy a good power supply, but i want to reduce the power comsumption, anyway.

From what i read, I can't undervolt. It's ok.

But what about downclock?

Can I, for example, do what is stated above?

Core clock:
From 1046mhz to 950mhz

Boost Clock
From 1085mhz to 950mhz

Memory Clock
From 1753mhz to 1650mhz

And what about power limit?

Can I decrease power limit to -10?
