Hey guys,

I just built a brand new PC, and everything seems to be running fine, other than the fact that the 770 I have is not working.

The only thing I have under Display Adapters is the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

I've tried installing the drivers for the 770 but it gives me the error that there is a "Found New Hardware Wizard" open, and I cannot complete the installation.

Super confused, hopefully someone can help!

Thanks.

I have seen the "Found New Hardware" get stuck before and a re-boot has always fixed it. I do not know why or what causes it but give that a try. It could also be that Windows was still finding the new GPU at the time you ran the driver install. You need to let Windows finish finding the new hardware before you run the installer as they will conflict.
You simply need the drivers.

That new hardware wizard problem, however, is weird. Isn't anything else open? A "found new hardware wizard" window specifically. It should show up when you connect new hardware to your computer (printers, flash drives, anything).
