Gtx 770 to 1080

Hi, I'm on the fence about whether to replace my 770 with a 1080, money not really an issue.

I'm just looking for a second opinion on what you do I guess.

If you are unsatisfied with your current framerates on the games you play or soon intend to play, .....why not? (the 1070 looks pretty impressive too, however....)

Go for it if you can afford it. The improvement is massive.

If I understood it correctly from many sources, 1080 is about 50% more expensive than 1070 but only 30% faster.
I would aim for 1070 rather than 1080, unless you need or want it bad.

The jump from 770 to 1070 or 1080 is massive, somewhere near or even above 100% performance jump.
1070 is already around 64% faster than 970, which is already quite massive in my opinion.

I agree, I have a GTX 770 and am considering the 1070 myself. Just waiting for board partners to release their own versions.
