So I just got a GTX 780 AMP! as an upgrade for my MSI gtx 670, and i've noticed that my screen is flickering , its usually just in game, but can continue in desktop after ive been in game. I have the latest driver (not beta) 335.23

The flickering does not occur until i've started a game, or heaven benchmark, and it is not severe.
I ran heaven benchmark and got these results..

FPS:
57.0
Score:
1435
Min FPS:
23.7
Max FPS:
124.3
System

Platform:
Windows 7 (build 7601, Service Pack 1) 64bit
CPU model:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz (3398MHz) x4
GPU model:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 9.18.13.3523 (3072MB) x1
Settings

Render:
Direct3D11
Mode:
1920x1080 8xAA fullscreen
Preset
Custom
Quality
Ultra
Tessellation:
Extreme

Just to note, the GPU temp got to a max of 67 during heaven benchmark, and is at about 26 degrees when idle

My monitor is an LG Flatron W2243S, I doubt this is the problem though as everything was fine with my old GPU which I replaced today (Gtx 670)

(everything maxxed on settings)

this seems normal? I had alot of background applications up too (if thats of any relevance)

So i was wondering why my screen might be flickering? I want to solve this problem asap incase my gpu is faulty then i can send it back and get another.

This only happens during gaming, and slightly after. there is no screen flicker when not gaming after a few minutes

Im going to try changing my VGA adapter. If this fixes the problem I will report back

Solution
Just updating, I found the solution.. I Went out and bought a new monitor and used the HDMI slot instead of the VGA slot (havnt tested VGA with new monitor.. But, hope this helps if anyone else has the same problem I had :)
