GTX 780: Asus or EVGA ?

So my brother wants to build a pc and he doesn't mind my 7950's acoustics and coil whine. So I am gonna hand that over to him and get a new gpu, from nvidia this time, I am just done with AMD. I was gonna delay my purchase due to the watch dogs release happening in 2 weeks but I found out about the promotion nvidia is doing. What better time to get a new card? So I started looking at my options and figured that a GTX 780 would fit my performance requirements (I am on 1080p and won't move in the near future as I have no room for second monitor). However the retailers I can get a GTX 780 from here (in Greece) don't have the promotion except from one, which only has the Asus version. While I was planning on getting the SC ACX one, Asus is also an option for me now. So which one is better? Keep in mind I am realy concerned about acoustics as I am a silence freak.

The Asus Direct CUii OC editions run with fairly quiet and slightly beats the EVGA in that area (only by about 1 or 2 decibels)

The EVGA though has slightly higher factory overclocks, so peforms that little bit better out of the box

Also, EVGA are highly praised for their customer service, ASUS not so much

both very good cards, but the EVGA is the better of the two in my opinion.
