GPU: Gigabyte GTX 780 GHz Edition

I will, but I think it crash before the benchmark ends

No, it will not function correctly if the require power connectors are not plugged in. E.g 6 pin and 8 pin, you must plug a 6 pin and 8 pin, 2 6pin's will not work. It may potentially damage the card.

AFAIK the last 2 pin on the VGA power (6+2 or 8) just function as a short signal (like mobo on/off pin)

it signal to PSU to allow more power delivered to the other 6 pin and don't actually deliver power itself (in two last pin)...

so what the effect if one pin missing is depends ...

If you are missing 8 pin pcix your card wont boot up at all and will show error during boot process, It wont damage your card, nowadays cards are quite properly protected for such mistakes in set up.
What was your previous card? Was it Radeon? Did you clear all drivers from it? Tried new OS installation? Generally until you didn't check fresh installation you can't be sure its a hardware issue.

nothing OC, I suspect that the PCI-E cable, one of the wire is damaged, only suspect
8pins missed on the GPU of course, the PCI-E has one 8 pins for the PSU and 2 (6+2) pins for the GPU

I will try to replace the cable and give you a feedback

My PC is a new Build, all brand new

Can you provide full system spec? You said you bought GTX 780 so it sounded like it was other GPU before, thats why everybody searched for solution here. Maybe its not a GPU fault then.

Update: Missed further spec info, nvm.
