Gtx 780 in BF4?

After seeing the performance of the gtx 780, I am quite impressed. But I want to know what you guys think the card will be able to do in BF4 Ultra settings?

It should still be able to max it out, although the 780 is a fair bit more powerful

It definitely will be able to without a problem (depending on your CPU). Dice and EA will probably release the recommended system requirements at E3.

OP, nobody knows how a 780 will perform in bf4. Just wait a couple more weeks before doing anything, so we can get some beta benchmarks. Alpha benchmarks suggest the game to be far more demanding than anyone in this thread seems to think.

Considering that the requirements for BF4 are pretty much the same as BF3, is a time machine really needed?

I can confirm you are all right.

70fps 1080p maxed out settings. Game is amazing, especially on 90" projector and surround sound!

I just got one, 770 runs and ultra settings also. I wanted to see the GTX 780 so I traded up after a week. That card runs over 100 frames depending on the BF4 map.

Had the 770 for a week. It ran 10 to 15 frames better then the 660ti. I traded up already and hit 100 frames with a GTX 780. If you have a extra $100 bucks spend it on the 780

The game isnt fully optimized yet.but you can play at ultra. But because of drivers you sometimes will see fps drop.just look for this problem in google and you see a lot of people with this problem.me included
