GTX 780 Lightning LN2 OC Mode?

Hello, I have a couple of questions about overclocking the GTX 780 Lightning under LN2 mode. I heard, when we activating LN2 Bios we allowing GPU to overvolt, and that decrease gpu lifespan.
I want to use GPU Boost 2.0 to OC higher so if i use LN2 and choose Target Power and Target Temp(75C) my card will overvolt and will decrease lifespan?
Can you explain me how it works?

overvolting by itself doesn't lead to a significant decrease in life. Its the heat that does this, because overvolting = increased heat. As long as you keep it cool, it should last a long time.

so if i put target temp to 75c and enb boost decrease clock if its exceed it will be ok?

yes for sure. I'd say even 80 is fine. that gpu can handle up to ~100c I think.
