gtx 780 ti DC2 OC Rise of tomb raider crashes on factory clocks ?

why is this game so F in annoying i have to underclock my GPU 970 core so it wont crash the driver im using the latest REC driver black screen sometimes i can hear the sound fan ramping 100% this shit is pissing me off payed 40bucks i wish i didnt buy it on steam all my other games play perfect on factory clocks

Why the voltage it's doing this with only tomb raider 2013 2015 temps never go higher then 72c I'm scared it's the gpu I know it's not the psu it had no problem running any single high end gpu I had in there deepcool arura Da700W 80+Brnz
