GTX 780 TI low fps in games compared to rigs with gtx 760 and 670

my system:
i5 3470 CPU (3.2 ghr 3.6 turbo)
8 gigs 1333 mhz ram
Z77-DS3H motherboard
CORSAIR 750W PSU
GTX 780TI GPU (my computer is 2 years old and i upgraded from gtx 660 and reinstalled drivers)
pirated win 7 64bit


I am playing games like bf4 arma 2\3 dayz

In this games i am getting much lower fps than my freinds with weaker graphics cards so its not because this games are unoptimized and are cpu intensive because my freinds are getting much better results and cpu bottleneck is not the problem .

so as you can see i have a cheap mobo and a cheap ram compared to my freinds who have 16 gigs of ram i 7 3770s but much weaker graphics cards
at the start i was sure that my i5 is bottlenecking but after a long research i found that my cpu is not a bottleneck.

it feels like after upgrading from 660 in the hope of gaining huge fps boosts in my games i got small if any increace in my preformence.

the things that i am planning to do to try and solve this problem is waiting for windows 10 and then reformating my pc and getting a License windows (windows 10 will be free).

and another option i have is buying a good mobo with an i7 4790 but i am afraid it will not help and i will just waste my time and money.

i was trying to solve this problem for a long time now. i am very sad that i wasted so much money on a graphics card to get nothing but 10 fps .

i dont know what else can i try and this is why i came here
please help i have no one who is an expert in gaming rigs and this forum is my only hope .

If your CPU is spiking that high? Then it is bottlenecking your GPU.

what about arma 3 and dayz the cpu usage was ~70% on the first core and 40-60% on the 3 others also the gpu usage (its called "gpu core load" i am not sure) was 50-40%
(i tested it in the infantry showcase)

Just give up on ARMA and dayz having good performance, it's just not going to happen. The engine it runs on just doesn't work well with multiplayer. You can have the greatest system in the world and your results will probably be the same.

but you dont understand that rigs with gtx 670 and 760 outpreform mine so something is wrong here they all play dayz and arma on 40-60 fps while i play it with 25-40 please tell me things that i can try to do (my drivers are updated )

According to this your cpu should be higher than what you are getting. Notice this is a 780 as well.


Also arma only uses 2 cores, right now even people with $1000 cpu's hardly get decent fps in that crap.
