i saw the gtx780ti amp version by zotac and felt it was good. so i wanna knoow when is it going to come to stores..and also if not that please suggest me better ones..

I can't find any non-reference MSI GTX 780 Ti either.
Sorry I'm no sentient being and can't predict future price changes for you. But prices generally crawl down as newer better products make old ones obsolete. But you're talking about a time span of months.

The EVGA one has a higher base and boost clock, but not by a lot.
So it depends if that's worth the extra $40 to you.
It's such a powerful card I don't see the need to pay $40 to have it overclocked when I can easily do that myself.
so between msi and evga who has better components?and who has better cooling and lower noise?
i am also planning to run autodesk3d ,CAD, solidworks..etc so should i stick with nvidia?
Well between those two manufacturers there is no clear 'this is X better than the other'. Just get what you think is better or looks better or just get the cheaper one.
