I snagged this on Monday for $299.99, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LZVNXKM/ref=cm_cd_asin_lnk . In my opinion, a 299.99 GTX 780 beats out a GTX 970 that's ~$359.99. Looks like Amazon and Newegg were trying to clear some stock. This PNY is great, it has white LEDs on the fans, full titanium build, back plate, etc.

PNY GTX 780 CC - it's a late 2014 model. It comes stock with a lowish clock/mem speed but I immediately upped it 10% to make it perform more in the ball park of a GTX 970 OC (minus the 1 GB of VRAM of course - even though those 970s don't even get a full 4GB VRAM). Granted, this PNY is likely hitting a 235w at peak load, but even under my complete build, I am only hitting ~450w with my PC in peak loads. I only have a 600w psu. Those 970s have amazing power control at ~140w.

It runs BF4 at max, Dying Light at max, and Skyrim with a ton of mods on max with ease. BF4 is hitting 80+ stable FPS and ~120-130 looking in the sky.

My heavily overclocked liquid cooled 970 probably uses around 280 watts.

1) Thats no where near 350w.
2) I doubt it even hits 280watts even when heavily overclocked. My gtx 680 is liquid cooled and heavily overclocked and barely hits 250w, and its a more power hungry card than the 970.

The GTX780 blows the GTX970 and the GTX 980 out of the water, but thanks to how gullible and uninformed the casual users are, the manufacturers and retailers can get away with it.
Great times we live in.

hey guys, I have a Zotac Geforce GTX 780 OC 951MGZ 3GB 6.0GHZ GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Video Card

bought at the end of 2014, barely barely used,

Can you give me an idea of its worth? Someone is interested in buying it? I am in Canada but I guess the US and Canadian market prices are similar after the exchange rate,
