GTX 780 vs Radeon 7990?

I've seen them compared and it seems the Radeon 7990 is better. But will it make a real difference in gaming? Or would the GTX 780 be completely sufficient for a game like BattleField 4. (I used http://www.hwcompare.com/14455/geforce-gtx-780-vs-radeon-hd-7990/ to compare)

If price isn't an issue. It's the 7990 all the way. It is simply a faster card

Oh yeah, the 780 will definitely be sufficient you dont have to worry about that in the slightest. You will see an improvement with the 7990. However, if you dont have a monitor capable of displaying the higher frame rates (assuming yours is 60Hz) then the 7990 is a waste of money, unless "future proofing" is what youre in for
