Gtx 780ti VERY LOUD

I recently bought a 780ti and it was running really hot and loud. I changed the thermal paste with some arctic silver 5. After it still is super loud and can even be heard while listening to loud music. The card is around 83c and my fan curve is at 50%. Any help is appreciated

Do you have good case ventilation? e.g fans.

Yes I have a meshify c with 2 120mm fans for intake in the front, two 120mm fans on the top exhaust, and a 120mm fan in the back that is also exhaust.
