[SOLVED] GTX 860m BSOD

Hello everyone , ill keep it short i have 2 GPUs (intel 4600+gtx 860m)in my laptop, whenever the gtx 860m is slightly used the laptop either goes blue screen or just freezes
the BSOD codes i get are as follows:
Clock_Watchdog_Timeout BSOD
or
WHEA_uncorrectable_error
it's likely a hardware problem since i tried windows 8.1 + windows 10 ( i didn't roleback drivers since the last confirmed stable ones according to the forums are 4 years old)
Is there any way to confirm that it's a faulty hardware and it's gone forever or is there hope still for it . im annoyed since my alternative is an intel hd 4600
