GTX 950 vs GTX 960

for all latest games which graphics will be better ??
1.GTX 950 2gb
2.GTX 950 4gb
3.GTX 960 2gb
4.GTX 960 4gb
Does they have a huge difference of FPS ??

Very little difference in the 2GB vs. 4GB versions of either cards. This is because the memory bus isn't wide enough (128-bit) to make use of the extra VRAM. But besides that, you'd need to run at Ultra quality and higher AA settings to make any sort of use out of that extra VRAM.

The biggest difference is in a 960 vs. 950, but of course this variates between games. And I'm not aware of any 4GB 950 variant. Some benchmarks of the 2GB comparisons....

The 960 will have a few FPS more. Also you will want to get as much vram as you can, 4gb>2gb

960 4Gb.. not huge performance gap between 950 and 960. 4gb wil only help at higher resolutions and intense graphics...
i would suggest a r9 380 4gb... has slightly more performance than 960 4gb and is also lower in price, performs better than competition at 4k too... but consumes more watts thats only drawback of r9 380, still i would chose r9 380..

Oh and one other thing...if you are on a budget or want to save some money like $60(US), get an ASUS STRIX 950 or comparable factory overclocked card with good cooling and overclock it to even beat a 960 and equaled the 2GB R9 380 as this Tomb Raider bench comparison shows:

^^Stock 960 gets 81FPS and 2GB 380 gets 83FPS whereas the overclocked 950 gets 83FPS at 1920x1200.

yeah sometimes readon R9 380 gives better FPS...and its soo HOTTT!!!!
